My seat on the carousel

I have many practices in which I occasionally find my presence: scribbling, rhythms and sound, movement, human relationship.

Meeting people where they are at is fundamental to a practice of daily gratitude and acceptance, and being present with my emotions is the first step in creating that space.

My emotional spectrum is the carousel, and I am the seat that spins around to this grand music.

I prefer action to talking, though I appreciate good poetry.
